Our technical team successfully performed another COMPA repair on a container ship during its navigation between Hamburg and Antwerp ports!
The anti-heeling system had a faulty GRP (glass-fibre) pipe that was leaking sea water heavily. The severity of the damage was vast and dozens of layers of carbon needed to be applied. Our team worked around the clock and raced against time to reinstate the strength and the watertightness of the pipe in time before ship’s arrival to Antwerp port.
